Love's Baby Soft - short film

Small Media Extra Large partnered with the owner of the iconic 70’s perfume brand Love’s Baby Soft -- using an innovative, creative brand model to bring this coming-of-age short film to audiences.

With the support of Dana Classic Fragrances, SMXL produced the film and presented it at festivals, followed by an exclusive window on the Love's Baby Soft brand site, before ultimately launching on SMXL's own channel.  

 

The film's audience of Gen X to Gen Z females aligns with the brand's core consumers, and together we built a conversation around the film's hilarious story of a preteen coming to terms with growing up.

Whitney Cummings Comedy Special

2023 Brand Entertainment Awards Winner

theSkimm partnered with SMXL to produce an ambitious, broadcast-quality comedy special on a digital campaign budget for the pharma brand Annovera.

Filmed at Hollywood's famed The Improv comedy club, SMXL managed every aspect of production, from locations, to crew, to post to bring this project to fruition.

Our extended network helped us not only bring high-quality industry professionals onto the job -- we even helped fill the studio audience.

The special took home the Best Brand Film on a Budget - Below $250K award at the 2023 Brand Entertainment Awards, presented by Campaign US and PRWeek.
