In early 2011 SMXL partner Jason Nunes signed on to help the founder of Routehappy, a Yelp-style website that lets users rate, and review airlines and flights, come up with a more engaging, and fun user experience. After a series of intensive brainstorming sessions, Jason rapidly created a series of paper prototypes that helped the Routehappy team rethink their approach, and resulted in a much more  successful design, and a happy client.
